Budgtify is operated by Hanan Technologies LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Budgtify.

Information we collect

When you connect a financial institution, Plaid helps transmit account details, balances, and transaction information to Budgtify. We do not receive or store your bank login credentials. We may also collect your account information, device information, notification token, app usage, and communications with us.

How we use information

We use information to provide balance forecasts and overdraft alerts, generate transaction-specific recommendations, maintain and secure the service, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

How information is shared

We share information only with service providers needed to operate Budgtify, such as Plaid, hosting, notification, analytics, and payment providers, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes.

Your choices

You may disconnect a financial institution or request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us. You can also control notifications through your device settings.

Children

Budgtify is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
