These Terms of Service govern your use of Budgtify, a service operated by Hanan Technologies LLC. By creating an account or using Budgtify, you agree to these terms.
What Budgtify provides
Budgtify uses financial information you authorize through Plaid to estimate future balances and warn about possible overdrafts. Forecasts, alerts, and recommendations are estimates and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
Not financial advice
Budgtify is an informational tool, not a bank, lender, financial adviser, or cash-advance provider. You remain responsible for checking your financial accounts, maintaining sufficient funds, and deciding whether to act on any recommendation.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You may not misuse the service or attempt to access another person’s information.
Bank connections
Bank connections are provided through Plaid and participating financial institutions. Their availability and accuracy may change. Budgtify does not receive or store your online-banking password.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, its price, billing period, trial terms, and renewal details will be shown before purchase. App Store purchases are billed and managed through your Apple account.
Availability and changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that an alert will arrive before every overdraft.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hanan Technologies LLC is not liable for overdraft fees, missed or delayed alerts, financial losses, or indirect damages resulting from your use of Budgtify.
